NRCHA Seeks a Stallion Incentive and Marketing Coordinator
The National Reined Cow Horse Association, based in Pilot Point, Texas, seeks a motivated and efficient full-time Stallion Incentive and Marketing Coordinator.
The Stallion Incentive and Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the NRCHA Executive Director. This will be an in-office position which will be located at the NRCHA headquarters in Pilot Point, Texas. This position will work closely with the Director of Media and Communications and Programs Manager.
The applicant should have experience networking and developing programs within the reined cow horse industry, as well as experience communicating and marketing programs. This position will require travel. Knowledge of incentive programs and HubSpot is preferred. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut, along with knowledge of photography, creating videos, and graphics, are added value to the applicant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and maintain the NRCHA Stallion Incentive Program in its entirety —enroll stallions and foals, keep nominators and owners up to date on due dates, inform NRCHA membership about the program, etc.
- Work with the Director of Communications and Media to market and advertise current and future NRCHA programs, including, but not limited to, the NRCHA Merit Award Program, Affiliate Programs, Internship Programs, Judge Programs, Show Management Programs, etc.
- Assist the Programs Manager and Programs Assistant with current NRCHA-approved programs as needed.
- Assist the Director of Communications and Media with social media posts, press releases, e-newsletters, and video promotion as needed.
