NRCHA Seeks a Sanctioned Shows Coordinator

The National Reined Cow Horse Association, based in Pilot Point, Texas, seeks a motivated and efficient full-time Sanctioned Shows Coordinator.

The Sanctioned Shows Coordinator will report directly to the NRCHA Director of Shows. This will be an in-office position which will be located at the NRCHA headquarters in Pilot Point, Texas. This position will work closely with other positions in the Show Department.

The applicant should have typing and 10 key data entry experience. Show secretary experience and knowledge of the cow horse industry is preferred. This position may require occasional travel.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the application process for show/event sanctioning NRCHA shows.
  • Manage the result submission process for NRCHA sanctioned shows.
  • Coordinate with NRCHA Affiliates and Show Secretaries regarding member information and program updates..
  • Oversee and manage affiliate programs.
  • Continued development of NRCHA Show Secretary training and testing program.
  • Create working relationships with third party results processing entities including but not limited to Qdata, Equistat, etc.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g., phone calls, emails, mail).
  • Assist with data entry for Show Department as needed.
