The National Reined Cow Horse Association is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as Membership & Affiliate Shows Manager. This position will be based in the Pilot Point, Texas, office, and will require limited travel to promote NRCHA and the benefits of membership at various industry events. This position is the primary customer-facing team member for NRCHA, responsible for phone and email member support, maintaining membership records, interfacing with the NRCHA Non Pro Committee, and overseeing affiliate show approvals and results reporting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of reined cow horse, be organized and detail-oriented, be proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (including Access), have strong customer service skills, and be able to contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment.
