The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) has started its search for a new executive director. The position at the Pilot Point, Texas-based organization was previously filled by Jay Winborn, who announced his resignation in late 2019.
The new NRCHA executive director will work directly with the association’s board of directors to further develop and implement the group’s vision, promote and grow membership, as well as oversee the day-to-day operation of the organization.
Potential prospects must have high ethical standards and a passion and understanding of the Western lifestyle.
The NRCHA board of directors will begin accepting résumés from interested applicants on February 1, 2020.
