Miscellaneous Fees due August 15th

Fees for Cattle, Stall, Video, and NRCHA Fees are estimated to be $1,072 per entry type.

• Est. Cattle Fee: $675
• Stall Fee: $330
• Video Fee: $52
• NRCHA Fee: $10/division
• Triple Crown Fee: $5 (Open Entries only)

Dual slots applied to a single horse will only be charged a single cattle and stall and video. For example: When the same horse and rider will compete as a combined Open + Level 1 Entry.

Final Misc. Fees will be determined by July 15th, and charged August 15th, 2025.

Selling A Slot

Any slot may be sold, with a fee to be assessed at time of sale and transfer.

• $250 before Draw Date
• $500 after Draw Date

To officially transfer the slot to the new owner, NRCHA must receive the following:

• Written notification from the seller to release the slot to the buyer, including name and contact info for buyer.
• New entry form from buyer.
• Payment of slot transfer fee and any fees needed to bring payment current.
