Futurity Open/ Intermediate Open
Mr Shiney Lights (CD Lights x Lil Miss Shiney Chex x Shining Spark), shown by Nicolas Barthelemy for owner Sheri Jamieson, scored a 222 to win the herd work prelims in the Open and Intermediate Open divisions. He earned $2,900, along with a custom Gist buckle and a trophy from the National Cutting Horse Association. Mr Shiney Lights is bred by Lee Smith.
Limited Open
The Futurity Limited Open go-round winner was Do It In Pink (Cat Man Do x Pretty Pink Boots x Doc O Boots), shown by Ben Baldus. Do It In Pink is bred and owned by the WT Waggoner Estate. The pair scored a 219 to win the go-round
Level 1 Limited Open
The Level 1 Limited Open herd work high score (215) belonged to My Strey Cat (Reynshine x SDP Rubys Cat x High Brow Cat), shown by Stephen Hutchings for owners Jeremy Michaelis and Anita Cox.
Non Pro/Intermediate Non Pro
Carmen Buckingham earned the high score in the Non Pro and Intermediate Non Pro herd work, a 217.5, riding One Oakie Chick (Fancy One Time x Velvet To The Touch x Bonitas Sport). They won $2,400 in go-round money and took home a custom Gist buckle
Novice Non Pro/Amateur
Leading the Futurity Novice Non Pro and Amateur divisions is Keri Hudson-Reykdal, riding Feather In Your Cap (Cats Red Feather x Missis Trona x Little Trona) to a 215.5 score.
